If a link goes to a product Splash page on purpose, do not report is as fail, but pass it. For example:

http://10.44.128.224:8080/view/Tests%20-%20Ceph/job/doc-Red_Hat_Ceph_Storage_3_master-Ceph_Block_Device_to_OpenStack%20(test)/5/console

The link goes to the OpenStack splash page on purpose.
