Do not report fail if the link goes to a product splash page on purpose #2

The test should be able to distinguish between links that go to the product splash page because they are redirected because the original link does not work (=report these as fail) and links that go to the product splash page on purpose, for example:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red_hat_openstack_platform/
