I created a sticky footer.
I removed the "About" section from the Navbar and moved it to the footer. I also removed the "Beacon validator" link from the main page and placed it to the footer.

In the footer I added links to the Beacon documentation and to the Elixir Github too.

Finally, I made the footer responsive.
