Check if the Content Provider has been installed before launching

Problem: Currently, an empty screen is displayed if installing and launching the Vitabu app before installing the Content Provider app, which is confusing for first-time users.

Solution: Display information message to the user if the prerequisite content-provider app has not already been installed on the device.
