GAds support for all event data

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current implementation only allows access to data, but I may want also to access other event values, e.g. from globals.

Describe the solution you'd like
Use the getByStringDot function like in the GA4 destination
If there's no . in the key, use data.
