can't start the doc #798

when trying to run ../docs/build_docs --doc book.asciidoc --open I got this error, I tried it with both master and 2.x branch

BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at lib/ES/Util.pm line 7.
Compilation failed in require at ../docs/build_docs.pl line 29.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ../docs/build_docs.pl line 41.```
