When starting a race, the car is uncontrollable, turns right by itself and
crashes on a wall, no way to steer it.

Problem noticed in Hugo-GX 08-08-26 and previous versions too, used on PAL
Wii, emu and rom on SD card front-loading.

Rom used: F1 Circus (J)
