[lvgl] Add support for sections for the scale widget #437

Similar to the meter widget in 8.x, it should be possible to create sections with specific styling for the scale widget.

This still doesnt solve the issue of easily creating multiple indicator arcs as per the answer here:
lvgl/lvgl#5786 (comment)
