Contribution Guidance

I've created a couple of nice components that I want to contribute to the project.
I'm not sure how to go about it though... Should I just fork the repo, add my code and make a pull request?

I noticed in the readme you're looking for a more useful langing page, I've made one with 8 shortcut blocks linking users to specific areas immediately, the one I've made is for a lawn bowls club but it can be easily adapted.

I've also done a standard 3 column layout design which closely replicates Facebook's implementation and can also be easily adjusted as required.

Let me know if this is what you're looking for in terms of contributions and if I'm going in the right direction.
