When EDS is installed and configured you will see a console error until you add a en.inc file. The only way I have found to solve this is to 'cp default.inc en.inc' at:

/var/lib/koha/kohadev/plugins/Koha/Plugin/EDS/bootstrap/includes/lang

Could the English language include be included by default?
