setup.py script has been removed, so no pressing of hmms will be required on the user side.
hmm indexes are required for Superfamily and have been included in the distro.
hmm indexes are also required for the current version of pirsf and have been included in the distro.
However those can be removed on next pirsf member database update by forcing hmmsearch usage for pirsf.
