Yank old, non-working era5cli releases on PyPI. #167

On 3 September 2024 the old Climate Data Store will be removed. This will break any release of era5cli<2.0. To avoid users inadvertently installing an older release we can yank the non-working versions from PyPI.

Conda-forge packages cannot be yanked.
