I'm very want to know how to convert jpg or png file to svg, since I have tryed many days and tested a lot of svg convert tools, but it seems didn't work in your metadata_files_for_Seurat_spatial.ipynb. Sorry to trouble you agian, I still get the right svg format which the scripts (metadata_files_for_Seurat_spatial.ipynb) you used.
