NaN listed for ceiling when depth is 0 #173

When you go to add the first dive segment, if you change the gas to 100% oxygen (leave the depth at 0) the ceiling shows as the bottom as NaN. It should show 0 instead.

The ceiling now shows properly as 0m, but the instantaneous ceiling in the tooltip is still showing as NaN.
