Assign/Attach Timers/Tasks to a Category?

as a person wanting to keep track of my tasks/activities and how long they take to get done,
I would like to categorise my entries
so that I can group them together

e.g:

• Workin'
• Eatin'
• Sleepin'
• Bathroom Break
