Infer the ellipticity distribution from the deep fields

Great3 includes deep versions of the fields. Use these to infer an ellipticity distribution (in preprocessing).

Without reading their paper, I think Bernstein and Armstrong recommend this
approach. We could aim to compare this with learning P(e|h) from the survey
data.
