Running Pangloss at SLAC

There's a few things to do here:

• @sweverett Make sure your login works, then git clone Pangloss to SLAC account, in NFS space (make a "work" directory and then symlink it to your home directory, which is on afs and tiny).
• @sweverett attempt to run python scripts. We may need to ask around to get the right python version etc
• @drphilmarshall Find out which computers are best to use. ki-ls should be our starting point, but I don't know the specs offhand. Bullet might be useful later - we can get some guidance from Yao and Risa on Slack
