The correct timezone information for the Czech Republic that should be included in the sql/countries.sql file is:

'[{\"zoneName\":\"Europe/Prague\",\"gmtOffset\":3600,\"gmtOffsetName\":\"UTC+01:00\",\"abbreviation\":\"CET\",\"tzName\":\"Central European Time\"}]'

This can be added to the existing entry for the Czech Republic in the sql/countries.sql file ^[1].
