Add pagination coverage to the QuickGrid article

Description

I'm placing coverage into the tutorial and noticed that we're using the sample app in the main doc set article for coverage on pagination, but I think it would be best to include a section on it in the article.

Also adding sorting coverage and making additional enhancements.

Work with #32984.
