Detailed error messages turned on in the resulting web.release.config (Suggested by @antmldr)

This is not a high priority because Roslyn does not support properly the analysis of additional reference.

It is not possible to analyze web.config without manual operation. provide generic text analyzers that can analyze any text file involved in running app dotnet/roslyn#11097 (comment)
It is not possible to raise an diagnostic warning in additionnal files Diagnostic issues with locations in non-code files do not appear in VS's error list dotnet/roslyn#6649
