[[xref>Doku_Renderer]] [[xref>Doku_Renderer_xhtml]] [[xref>Doku_Renderer_xhtmlsummary]] and other classes in inc/parser/ are not recognized, because these use still the old naming convention.

Some other inconsistent class names are listed in the load_autoload($name) function.

As workaround, [[xref>inc::Doku_Renderer|Doku_Renderer]] can be used.
