I think we should not promote coin swap if we want dogecoin adoption :) |

If you want adoption... you'll need as many on-ramps as you can get? |
Dono if I'm not thinking right, I see every swap a way for people to gamble inested of using it as it is, but I understand that many can start in a different coin and there is no easy way possible to swap 🙂 In your opinion, would you add it as a filter on wallets page also or in another form on the website? 🙂 |
Gamblers be gambling regardless - they'll just do it on RH anyway. I'm not a gambler myself, yet I have ever since AMMs were a thing been using them. Better: the community has also used these, in combination with bridges, to buy people's locked up DOGE on Binance and provide them with means to exit an illiquid situation that they were victimized into without any wrongdoing of their own. To me, this means that there is a real and proven use-case for permissionless swaps.
Yes, I think that liquidity is important, and I think that off-CEX liquidity is probably even more important. Both on- and off-ramps have legit use cases.
It could be useful in my opinion because this is an actual feature. Recommend to check with your lawyers whether you can do this though - since copyright was taken into "dogecoin foundation", you have hard compliance requirements for this website in 3 different jurisdictions. |
Sorry the late reply, I had so many email notifications that only now at 2am I saw this :) |
It comes to my mind, that some wallets have functionality that isn't covered by the website currently. Defi, coin swaps, and multi-currency (two of those have some overlap).
Coin swaps at least seems like a thing that people might wish to search for.
