Warn about GitHub SSH clone warning

When copying the SSH clone link from github (needed to add a repo to Dodona), Github gives a warning if the user account has no ssh keys. This warning can be ignored, but can be confusing for users. Our documentation should mention this warning and the fact it can safely be ignored.
