Hi,
My question is pretty simple I just want the find out a way so I can like just excluded youtube traffic from my company VPN
and leave everything else routed to the company VPN.

vpn-slice doesn't do name-based inclusions/exclusions. (See fancy-split-DNS Feature requests related to splitting/masquerading DNS for numerous similar requests.)

If you can figure out appropriate IP subnet(s) to exclude, you can do it… but I don't know if it's possible to split out YouTube traffic without name-based handling.
