sfCulture notification on php 5.4 #437

After migrating to php 5.4 (5.4.11) i got:

Notice: Array to string conversion inLibrary/WebServer/Documents/polibuda2/lib/vendor/diem/symfony/lib/i18n/sfCultureInfo.class.php on line 855

I'm using diem 5.4 and I'm up to date with branch master

looks like it can be fixed by updating symfony to 1.4.17
