ruff seems to be using a different config in build than pre-commit #11

running ruff locally, either by running it manually or through pre-commit, passes just fine. However, on the server it finds some error in import formatting. See https://github.com/dianna-ai/distance_explainer/actions/runs/5822527285/job/15787330871
I think the config during the build workflow is somehow not the same as during pre-commit.
