Add hotkey addon to make possible full screen mode image search

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
You can't submit an area in full screen mode, but sometimes it is necessary. Google Lens laughably ruins the quality/resolution of large images and then tries to search or OCR. The latter of course predictably fails...

Describe the solution you'd like
If there was a hotkey to start the are select image search feature that normally is used I could use it with paused full screen videos and other full-screen cases.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only alternative really is to try to make the area snapshot in normal mode and hope for the best. It might not work because of downscaling high res videos. And webpages allowing limited embedded video sizes. YT is one of the better ones with the theater mode, but even that might not be enough with small text on high res videos.
