shell command doesn't work without env var KUBECONFIG present #2928

Describe the bug
Other features work but the shell features fails unless export KUBECONFIG=~/.kube/config is set

To Reproduce
Hit S without the env var set

Expected behavior
Should work

OS: Linux
K9s: Latest
