Add light theme in documentation, please!

Hello!

In earlier versions, documentation had white background ("light" theme). That was changed, docs completely moved to the Dark side:
https://deepkit.io/documentation/

Please, give an option to return light color theme for those like me who prefer light backgrounds, please! It is very hard to read texts on dark background when 99% of other content you read is on light background, that's very painful. Thank you very much for your attention!
