Describe the bug
Just ran the site through the WAVE toolbar and there are a few problems, particularly color contrast.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://decidim.org/
  2. Click on the WAVE Toolbar or alternatively https://wave.webaim.org/
  3. Scroll down to till you see the color contrast errors
  4. Red needs to be darker

Expected behavior
The site should meet WCAG 2.1 AA ideally, but certainly WCAG 2.0 AA.
