Integrate DBT metadata descriptions into SQL Server

We have a need to integrate with ERWin, and this way it can reverse-engineer from the physical database design;
Unfortunately, we don't know of a way to forward-engineer from ERWin into DBT, or how we might integrate ERWin with DBT otherwise.
We are trying to keep dbt as the 'golden source' for metadata!
