[REQUEST] Allow normal-window in config file

What is the user problem or growth opportunity you want to see solved?

Adding possibility to write normal-window : true; in configuration file of rofi instead of manualy writing into CLI rofi -show ... -normal-window

How do you know that this problem exists today? Why is this important?

I wrote it into my configuration file and it didn't work

Who will benefit from it?

People who want rofi act like a window without adding -normal-window to every of their commands
