Mark Size in Scatterplot Can't be Changed #641

Similar to the slider for opacity, we should have the ability to change the mark size.

This can be useful if you have dense scatterplots.

And the default size of the marks can be smaller:

Ideally, there could be some logic that determines the initial mark size depending on the data density and resolution.
