Breaking changes when upgrading to LineUp v5

LineUp v5 is currenlty in development and will have some breaking changes that also affects TDP Core. In the following an imcomplete list of breaking changes:

• Remove custom lu font lineupjs/lineupjs#530 -> remove $lu_use_font_awesome and $lu_include_font_awesome in

  tdp_core/src/scss/vendors/_lineup.scss

  	$lu_use_font_awesome: true !default;
  	// do not include Font Awesome files from LineUp, but use ours instead
  	$lu_include_font_awesome: false !default;

• Remove ScheduledTask Executor and Remote Data Provider lineupjs/lineupjs#521 -> rename LocalDataProvider to DataProvider
• use ES2020 for build lineupjs/lineupjs#584 -> check if we need to update our build since it consumes and bundles the LineUp JS files
• Remove column types and renderers lineupjs/lineupjs#532 -> check if we used the columns or render and copy the code to the app if necessary
