edges: weight & color in docs

According to #305, one can create weight and color columns to set the edge weight and colors, respectively. However, I don't see weight or color in the docs at https://datastorm-open.github.io/visNetwork/edges.html. It would be helpful to include these important edge attributes in the docs.
