Create functional tests

It would be nice to have tests that check the pypastry commands themselves. This would be similar to what git does using http://testanything.org/ - we could either use that or do something similar.

E.g. we should be able to check that running

pypastry init test
cd test
pypastry run

does what it says in the README.
