Alas, knowing when data has been deleted from the source system is a
long-standing challenge for our scrapers (
opencivicdata/pupa#295). But I come bearing good
tidings: We’re working on a patch that will allow us to programmatically
flush data that no longer exists upstream. Should land early in the new
year.
This resolution, R2022-1403, doesn't exist anymore: https://chicago.councilmatic.org/legislation/r2022-1403/ (check it on Legistar and it won't be found).
It has been replaced with ordinance, O2022-4008: https://chicago.legistar.com/LegislationDetail.aspx?ID=5969364&GUID=07A40137-6A9F-4686-A834-9A0181C79BE0&Options=Advanced&Search=
