Deploy all docker images to AWS ECR Public Gallery

Currently, Datalust maintains the base seq container in AWS ECR Public Gallery, which is great since we can hit that with our AWS ECR proxy passthrough. However, other images used in the seq helm release are not available, causing us to hit docker.io directly to get them, impacting our rate limits.

Please upload other images to the Public Gallery such as seq-input-gelf that are part of the helm release.
