Add --namespace option

Hello,

There doesn't appear to be a --namespace option to helm diff. I tried adding the option but it didn't have any effect. I currently have to run 'kubens ' before helm diff, which makes it difficult to run the diff command when other commands may be simultaneously changing the default namespace or expecting a different one.
