[Exporter] Add ability to generate data sources for compute instead of instance types

It would be useful for cross-cloud migrations to generate references to the databricks_node_type data source instead of exporting instance names as-is.

Technically it could be a custom mapping from specific instance type to node type filter specification, although it will require some maintenance effort
