Use-cases

  • Creating schemas in HMS federated catalogs
  • Creating schemas in HMS

Attempted Solutions

Workaround is to pre-create the schema in HMS

Proposal

Create a new databricks_sql_schema that operates similar to databricks_sql_table where it uses a warehouse / cluster to create the schema.
