duplicate selection button for dock readers

To explain the new feature, here's a screenshot of the Reader widget:

That "Delete Selection" button and dropdown menu to it's right will delete the currently selected item. So I want to add a new button labeled "Duplicate Selection" button and another dropdown so that when you hit the button it copies the highlighted selection and adds it to the active Selection objects. If you add this functionality to the base YTReader widget it will be available in both the ReaderWidget and TimeSeriesReader.
