Dartpad does not take up the entire screen when zoomed in

What happened?

Hi, I'm mostly sure this is a Flutter issue, but since I have not found anything similar (maybe it's just me) and I can repro it reliably on dartpad, I'll leave this issue here.

But feel free to move to flutter/flutter if necessary.

So what happens is when the Dartpad page is zoomed in using the macOS touchpad, Dartpad does not take up the whole screen (leaving white empty space).

Steps to reproduce problem

1. Open Dartpad
2. Use macos touchpad to zoom in
