# Non-Commercial Use License (NCUL)

This Non-Commercial Use License ("License") allows you to use the software provided by danni-cool ("Author") under the following terms and conditions:

1. **Permitted Use**: You are permitted to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software solely for non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use of the software is strictly prohibited.

2. **Attribution**: You must retain and include the following attribution notice in all copies or substantial portions of the software: "Developed by danni-cool."

3. **No Warranty**: The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
