Add Deployment options #351

We should have different options for deployment and they should be documented on README.md.

For starting I am thinking about choosing 2 or 3 of:

Simple VM: bash script + pm2
Heroku
Dokku
Kubernetes
Google cloud run
AWS Lambda
Azure functions
Netlify
Now.sh
