Test Cases for Non ASCII charecters Issue #97

Write tests to verify all fields handle UTF-8 correctly, especially non Latin characters.

• Manager
  • File and test selector
  • Result names (requires running agent)
  • Metrics (requires running agent)
  • csv files
• Reporter
  • all fields where user can type into the UI including column headings
  • Data tables
  • Error section tables
  • Templates
  • html report
  • docx report
  • xlsx report

write the tests so that the language strings are parameterized so that they can be re run with multiple language sets (potentially with data driver?)
Initial languages to test with:

• Thai (because this triggered issue Import *.robot which has special character (thai characters) then rfmanager display error #97)
• Traditional Chinese

After testing these we can add more if another language presents an issue, but Thai and Traditional Chinese should most issues.
