Write test cases to test the Scheduled Start feature

• validate time entered gets correctly validated (e.g. try entering 17:5:0)
• verify schedule date + time is always in the future
• enter time in pas an verify the date becomes the next day
• verify the start time and time remaining are displayed plan screen
• verify test doesn't start until scheduled to start
• verify test starts when scheduled to start
• verify scheduled time is saved in scenario
• verify the start time and time remaining are removed from plan screen when scheduled start is disabled
