issue with version 3.0.1 for testflight submission

Environment:

• OS/Version: [e.g. iOS/13.3]
• Starscream Version [e.g. 4.0.4]
• Xcode version [e.g. 11.5]

In my custom framework which includes Starscream, an SDK that was identified in the documentation as a privacy-impacting third-party SDK. If a new app includes a privacy-impacting SDK, or an app update adds a new privacy-impacting SDK, the SDK must include a signature file. Please contact the provider of the SDK that includes this file to get an updated SDK version with a signature.

the above error is receiving while adding build for testflight external testing

how to solve this issue related to that sdk

please provide solution as soon as possible.
I adding this sdk using gitUrl up to the major version 4 in my custom library
