Upload to jammy repository [was: problem of installation of temboard]

Hi @gulyaissina,

I reopen to track whether we publish packages for jammy.

Following issue #1379

I would propose this clarification:

• Temboard 8 is not officially supported on Ubuntu Jammy 22.04 BUT packages are available on the Dalibo Labs repo
• Temboard 9 will be officially supported on Ubuntu Jammy 22.04 and Ubuntu Noble 24.04
