Expected Behavior

Better seeing a useful message like "Network disconnected" rather than "Production is down" based on the condition.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. On Safari MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1
2. Navigate to daily.dev on browser
3. Disconnect network connection and refresh
4. See the -Production is down- message
